Before refreshing their online presence, Outside Inn Glamping faced challenges with visibility and attracting consistent direct bookings. Despite offering unique luxury glamping accommodation in East Sussex, including ensuite lodges with private hot tubs and outdoor kitchens, the business wasn't reaching as many potential guests as it could.
